Disc separator is a big-size separating machine that keeps the advanced level worldwide in 1990s.It is extensively applied to refining of the starch of wheat, maize, potato etc., playing the roles of pre-concentration, pre-separation, mid-concentration of starch clarification. It is also an ideal product for a starch plant that produces 20,000-150,000ton of starch. It has the advantage of high separation factor and maximal starch throughput. the bowl spindle set is designed in module for compact structure and easy maintenance. The monitor and alarm systems are adopted in the separator on velocity, oil pressure and vibration, which ensure safe and stable operation
