Products explanation:

This technology adopts the mixing of de-crustation and de-germing technology (full dry method). This technics featured in low energy-consumption, easy operation and Maintenance; Moreover, it needs only 3-4 staff to run the whole line and can produces low fat maize polenta and maize gifts and maize-leaf with different size/fineness at the same time. Maize polenta and maize gifts are the ideal raw material for foodstuffs factory, wine plant, lactic acid plant, maize sugar plant. They are also the ideal foodstuffs for towners who want to make life better by eat refined coarse grains.

3. Rate of finished products: maize polenta : about 40-55%maize gifts : about 35-20%; maize leaf : about 25%total finished product rate can reach about 80%.

2 .Sand content: ≤ 0.002%

3. Magnetic metal content≤0.003g/kg

4. Water content: storing type: 13.5-14.5%
